About the Assignment
Med Surg Registered Nurses are responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients who are acutely ill or recovering from surgery. They work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and must be able to quickly assess and prioritize patient needs, make sound clinical judgments, and perform a variety of medical procedures. Med Surg Registered Nurses must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

264 bed facility/500 beds system wide
Requirements
Minimum 2 years M/S experience required, facility may consider 1 year of strong experience; Patient ratio up to 6:1
Must be willing to float
ACLS and BLS certification required
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
