Director of Nursing
As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing works closely with our partners to provide highly experienced and compassionate nurses ("healers") while helping to reduce costs for their organizations. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with both our partners and our nurses. The Director of Nursing also provides essential clinical support to our nurses and ensures each facility's unique needs are met, leading to greater partner satisfaction and overall success.
