Our curriculum is structured around four powerful themes designed to move you from self-doubt to self-worth, ensuring you master both inner confidence and external influence.
SEEING
(Self-Awareness & Foundation)
Focus: Introducting ElevateHER, Class Expectations, and Diagnostic Tools such as individual DiSC Assessments.
Outcome: Deep understanding of your behavioral and leadership style, setting the stage for growth, and defining your 'why.'
UNLEARNING
(Mental Barriers & Strategic Alignment)
Focus: Identifying and dismantling limiting beliefs that block your potential.
Outcome: Strengthened emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and a clear, aligned path for daily decision-making.
TRANSFORMING
(Voice, Confidence, & Negotiation)
Focus: Owning your voice in high-stakes environments.
Outcome: Gaining the confidence to navigate conflict, negotiate effectively, and turn professional challenges into momentum.​

This investment covers all 6 months of coaching, resources, the DiSC Assessment, and materials.​

An invoice will be provided detailing the due date. Accepted payments include Check, Visa, or Mastercard.

Non-Refundable: The program cost is non-refundable. Your acceptance is personal and non-transferable. If payment is not received by the due date, your selection will be canceled. No refunds will be issued should you cease employment with the paying organization before or during the program.
